Facilities Management Asset Management Senior Specialist

Job Summary:
The Facilities Management Asset Management Senior Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all assets within a facility to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all assets, including their condition, location, and maintenance history
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the condition of assets and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper utilization of assets and timely maintenance and repairs
- Monitor asset performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to asset maintenance and repair
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies related to asset management

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering (SME), or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in asset management within a facilities management setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in asset management
- Certification in facilities management or asset management is preferred
