Job Summary:
The Strategy and Performance General Manager will be responsible for directing the development of strategic plans, objectives, and related initiatives for the organizational unit. They will lead the effective execution of plans based on jedco’s overall strategy to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives for the organizational unit
- Formulate and execute plans based on jedco’s overall strategy
- Lead the development of Jedco's corporate strategy and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop performance management and evaluation methodology, processes, and tools
- Approve strategic plans of other units and oversee performance reports against targets
- Update jedco’s operating model and engage with stakeholders on its design
- Engage stakeholders in strategic planning and goal-setting processes
- Monitor alignment with jedco strategy and compliance with plans and targets
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as directed
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in strategic planning and performance management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
