Accounting General Manager

Summary:
The Accounting General Manager will oversee all financial control and accounting functions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This leadership role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity, providing accurate financial information, and supporting decision-making.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives for the unit
- Implement financial control policies and internal controls
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making
- Review accounting transactions and operations
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor performance results and recommend improvements
- Manage budget allocations and adherence
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Create a seamless airport experience
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and training strategies
- Set performance objectives and conduct performance reviews
- Identify talent for succession management

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Solid Experience in financial management, accounting, and leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial control policies and procedures
