Job Description

1- Efficiently arrange the HoD calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing important events.
2- Handle and respond to emails, letters, and phone calls on behalf of the HoD, ensuring timely and appropriate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
3- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as requested by the HoD, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
4- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents and information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
5- Ensure stationary material requests for department .


Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Support to assist with various administrative tasks and provide support to our team members.

Job Responsibility:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Providing general administrative support to team members
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
