Airport Duty Manager

The Airport Duty Manager is responsible for developing and managing organizational unit plans to ensure seamless operations and facilitate the achievement of objectives. They lead operational responses to events, drive stakeholder management, and ensure airport readiness and compliance.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and manage organizational unit plans to facilitate seamless operations and achieve objectives
- Lead airport operations, respond to unplanned events, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and emergency response planning
- Ensure airport readiness by monitoring equipment, facilities, and technology availability
- Monitor service standards, support passenger experience, and allocate resources for 24/7 coverage
- Supervise shift staff, promote customer-focused operations, and adhere to regulatory requirements
- Provide data, reports, and performance analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in airport operations management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of emergency response planning and regulatory compliance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts and adapt to changing operational needs
