Job Description
The Airport Operations Control Centre coordinator is responsible for managing the information that is communicated into the AOCC and distributes it accordingly based on priority and relevance to the specific parties. The AOCC coordinator plays an important role in supporting the AOCC supervisor by answering incoming calls, messages and emails to ensure all operational queries are answered and escalated as appropriate. The AOCC coordinator will monitor the operation on the cameras and ensure that passenger flow in all areas is moving well with no issues. If an incident occurs, the AOCC coordinator will carry out important communication duties to ensure all stakeholders are updated throughout and that critical information is escalated to the AOCC Supervisor and Senior Management where necessary. The AOCC coordinator will also carry out any reasonable duties outlined by the AOCC Supervisor.

Qualification & Experience Diploma in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or related field. 5 years in Airport Operations or similar role |
