Job Summary:
The AOCC Officer is responsible for facilitating real-time monitoring of airport activities, coordinating operational plans, disseminating information to stakeholders, ensuring HSE policies compliance, assisting with daily/shift reports, addressing operational challenges, coordinating responses to unplanned events, and optimizing processes within the AOCC domain.
Job Responsibility:
- Facilitate real-time monitoring of airport activities, including flights, ground operations, security, and facilities
- Coordinate the daily operational plan and engage with stakeholders to harmonize the passenger experience
- Assist in coordinating projects on airside, campus, and terminals to ensure smooth operation
- Disseminate information to stakeholders, report issues, and implement solutions
- Ensure full implementation of HSE policies and protocols in day-to-day operations
- Assist in producing daily/shift reports and follow up on arising issues
- Address operational challenges, implement solutions, and collaborate with relevant departments
- Assist in coordinating operational responses to unplanned events, including emergencies
- Optimize processes and workflows, implement best practices, and innovative solutions
- Contribute to HSE and continuous improvement initiatives within the AOCC
- Carry out other job-related responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in airport operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of airport operations, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and address challenges effectively
- Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of HSE policies and practices in airport operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work shift hours and handle unplanned events
- Certification in Airport Operations or related field is a plus
