Job Description
| - Direct the development of strategic plans, objectives and related initiatives for the organizational unit | |||
| - Formulate and lead the effective execution of the organizational unit’s plans based on jedco’s overall strategy in order to ensure seamless operations that facilitate the achievement of jedco’s strategic objectives | |||
| - Ensure the seamless baggage operations, optimizing processes to minimize delays, errors, and mishandled luggage incidents | |||
| - Manage relationships with ground handling and other concerned service providers, ensuring that they adhere to defined SLAs and performance standards | |||
| - Direct the implementation of quality control measures to improve baggage operations and activities | |||
| - Direct the integration of technology solutions, to enhance the performance of baggage operations | |||
| - Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and security protocols related to baggage operations | |||
| - Direct the allocation of resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to meet operational demands | |||
| - Direct the identification of areas for enhancement and the implementation of baggage transformation initiatives, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure ongoing operational efficiency | |||
| - Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager |
