Business Excellence and Quality Director

Job Summary:
The Business Excellence and Quality Director will be responsible for directing the development of strategic plans, objectives, and related initiatives for Business Excellence and Quality. They will lead the effective execution of plans based on the organization's overall strategy to ensure seamless operations and the achievement of strategic objectives.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop strategic plans, objectives, and related initiatives for Business Excellence and Quality
- Lead the execution of plans aligning with the organization's strategy
- Approve KPIs, targets, and improvement frameworks
- Direct the development of operational plans for process improvement and quality
- Monitor process reengineering projects and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Evaluate current processes to identify areas for efficiency and quality improvements
- Stay updated on best practices, conduct research, and benchmark sectors
- Collaborate with entities for improvement certifications and awards
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence
- Fulfill other job-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on Business Excellence and Quality
- Strong understanding of process improvement frameworks and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external entities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently
