The Facilities Management Asset Management and Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the CAFM system requirements, implementing change management processes, providing data for asset management decisions, maintaining accurate asset-related data, analyzing insights related to asset performance, managing spare parts and supply chain processes, developing asset information strategies and standards, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and carrying out other related responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
- Set CAFM system requirements in coordination with FM functions and contractors
- Implement a robust request for change & change management processes for the CAFM system
- Provide data for asset management decision-making and integrate it into reports
- Maintain accurate asset-related data in the CAFM system
- Analyze data from the CAFM system to extract insights on asset performance
- Manage spare parts, logistics, and supply chain processes in coordination with FM functions
- Develop asset knowledge management strategies and standards
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability
- Execute other job-related responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager
Skills
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in CAFM system management and asset management
- Strong understanding of change management processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in Facility Management or Asset Management is a plus
