Control Systems Specialist

- Facilitate the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems, including SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and other automation technologies
- Ensure seamless integration of control systems with electrical infrastructure, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, and other airport facilities
- Implement continuous monitoring protocols to assess the performance of control systems, identifying inefficiencies and optimizing parameters for energy conservation and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with energy management teams to utilize control systems for intelligent energy distribution, load balancing, and demand response strategies
- Operate access control systems, ensuring authorized personnel have appropriate access while maintaining stringent security measures
- Ensure control systems adhere to industry standards and regulations, especially regarding safety, cybersecurity, and environmental sustainability
- Ensure life cycle operational availability of control systems are maintained such that they are safe, secure, compliant and reliable
- Ensure the contractor has competent and capable resources, the right parts, plant tools and equipment to complete the FM services to the required standards and KPI’s
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager

- Proficiency in programming languages such as PLC, SCADA, or HMI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
