Data Senior Analyst

- Initiate and prepare data requests from Business Intelligence and Analytics head that includes extracting and evaluating data, organizing data, data scrubbing and performing analyses including thorough documentation of the steps performed
- Acquire business and operations related data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems, while continuously ensuring data quality and reliability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Facilitation and Facilities Management and Financial Affairs to collect data and work closely within Data Intelligence and Analysis to understand how to leverage this data to address business need
- Support in developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Filter and clean data by reviewing respective documentation, reports, etc., identify gaps or opportunities for improvement as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
- Interpret complex data, analyze results using statistical techniques and create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations in order to enable stakeholders to effectively grasp trends, draw inferences, and make informed decisions
- Set up and maintain automated data processes, in order to quickly and efficiently process large amounts of data, and provide reports in a timely manner
- Initiate and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics reporting tools, as and when required
- Stay up to date with the latest data analytics, business analytics reporting tools, and automating techniques, and conduct the needed evaluation on each tool in order to make recommendations
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by his/her line manager
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager\"

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to lead a team and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
