ERP Specialist

Support in assessing jedco business requirements and processes to determine the most suitable enterprise applications / enhancing current ERP where applicable

Support in collaborating process with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, and propose appropriate solutions

Support in configuring, customizing, and integrating software solutions to align with the jedco's requirement

Contribute to the delivery of successful software solutions to work closely with vendors, developers, and IT teams to ensure a smooth deployment

Contribute to the development of seamless integration between enterprise applications and other systems within jedco's technology infrastructure

Support in integrating software solutions with databases, APIs, or third-party systems to enable data flow and interoperability

Support in monitoring and maintaining enterprise applications to ensure their optimal performance, security, and reliability

Support in applying patches, updates, and bug fixes as necessary

Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an ERP Officer to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to optimize business processes and drive efficiency.

Job Responsibility:
- Implement and customize ERP software according to the organization's needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the ERP system.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth integration of the ERP system with existing processes.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Certification in ERP systems would be a plus.

• SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP modules, configurations, and best practices for implementation and support.

• Project Management: Strong skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP solutions.

• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide user training.

• User Training and Support: Experience in creating training materials and conducting sessions for end-users to facilitate adoption.

• Data Management: Knowledge of data migration, integration, and management practices to ensure data integrity within the ERP system.

• Change Management: Ability to manage organizational change and support users through transitions to new processes and technologies.

• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with relevant programming languages, databases, and systems integration for ERP solutions.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in system configurations, documentation, and reporting.
