Job Summary:
The Executive Admin Support plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and coordination between the CEO and various functions within the organization. They prioritize tasks on behalf of the CEO and ensure smooth communication channels are maintained.
Job Responsibility:
- Act as the official channel of communication between the CEO and other functions within the organization.
- Follow up on decisions, requests, and formalities issued by the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect and share reports from different organizational units and convey feedback, requests, and insights to the CEO.
- Prepare the CEO's calendar, agenda, and take minutes during meetings.
- Perform any other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in an executive administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in calendar management and minute-taking.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
