Facilities Engineering Specialist

Summary:
The job involves providing support in developing and implementing emergency response plans for immediate repairs in case of unexpected damages, monitoring the performance of service providers, conducting regular inspections of Security Systems, recommending maintenance and repair priorities, coordinating maintenance work, establishing quality control measures, monitoring KPIs and SLAs of contractors, reviewing purchase orders, and carrying out other related responsibilities as directed.

Job Responsibility:
- Support in developing and implementing emergency response plans for immediate repairs.
- Monitor service providers' performance and adherence to SLAs, contracts, and regulations.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of Security Systems, developing corrective action plans.
- Recommend Security Systems maintenance and repair priorities based on data and findings.
- Coordinate Security Systems maintenance work with stakeholders and service providers.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures for maintenance work.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs of contractors.
- Review purchase orders, provide advice, and suggest solutions.
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in developing emergency response plans and monitoring service providers.
- Strong knowledge of Security Systems maintenance and repair practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
- Experience in monitoring KPIs and SLAs of contractors.
- Familiarity with quality control measures.
- Ability to review purchase orders and provide strategic advice.
- Flexible and able to handle various job responsibilities.
