Job Summary:
The Facilities Management (FM) Inspector plays a crucial role in evaluating and inspecting Soft FM standards such as cleanliness, pest control, waste management, and landscaping. This role is instrumental in gathering data used to measure service provider KPIs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct regular inspections of soft services including cleaning, pest control, waste management, and landscaping.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Evaluate service providers' performance and suggest enhancements.
- Keep detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with service providers to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to identify minor discrepancies and conduct thorough inspections.
- Proficient in clearly communicating findings and recommendations to management and staff.
- Uphold integrity and objectivity during audits.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of soft FM services like cleaning, pest control, waste management, and landscaping.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying inspection results and recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service providers to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrated integrity and objectivity in conducting audits and evaluations.
