Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Management Performance and Risk and BCP Senior Specialist to oversee the performance, risk management, and business continuity planning of our facilities.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of facilities management operations.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in facility management and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Create and maintain business continuity plans to ensure the uninterrupted operation of facilities in case of emergencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance issues, manage risks, and implement business continuity plans.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, risk management, and business continuity planning.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in facilities management, risk management, or business continuity planning is a plus.
