Finance Business Partner Specialist

Summary:
The Finance Business Partner Specialist will be responsible for managing requests from external entities, enhancing interaction between organizational units, preparing financial reports, presenting financial data to management, and providing insights and recommendations. This role involves working with various units to develop business cases for projects, supporting the decision-making process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to financial excellence.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage requests from external entities and enhance interaction between organizational units
- Prepare financial reports, present financial data, and provide insights and recommendations to management
- Develop business cases for proposed projects, evaluate financial implications, and provide recommendations
- Support Strategic Planning in validating feasibility studies for investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
- Prepare reports, analyze data periodically, and submit findings to support decision-making
- Identify and report operational risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure financial alignment with relevant policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering roles
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making from a Finance perspective
