FM Inspection Senior Officer

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled FM Inspection Senior Officer to oversee and manage the inspection activities related to facilities management. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained and operated efficiently according to the established standards and procedures.

Job Responsibility:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess condition, maintenance requirements, and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement inspection schedules to ensure all facilities are thoroughly inspected in a timely manner.
- Identify and report any issues or maintenance needs to the relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and ensure minimum disruption to operations.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection findings and report on performance metrics to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to facility maintenance and inspections.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management and conducting inspections.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical/electrical equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
