FM MV System Specialist

Summary:
The FM MV System Specialist is responsible for overseeing the effective operation and maintenance of MV electrical systems at King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA). This role focuses on system management, maintenance, safety compliance, performance monitoring, risk management, quality assurance, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, technical guidance, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee the operation of MV electrical systems to ensure consistent service delivery and reliability
- Supervise regular maintenance and repairs to optimize system performance and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Manage service provider responses to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage risk related to MV electrical systems and mitigate potential risks effectively
- Ensure service provider meets quality standards through reviews, inspections, and audits
- Maintain comprehensive records of operations, maintenance activities, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams and service providers for seamless integration with airport activities
- Provide technical guidance to service providers and internal stakeholders on system operations and maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of best practices and technological advancements

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in managing MV electrical systems in a large-scale facility or airport environment
- In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations related to electrical systems
- Strong analytical skills to monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and service providers
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support for system operations and maintenance
- Strong focus on quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Certification in electrical systems management or related field is a plus
