Summary:
The FM Potable and Fire Water Specialist is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, safety, and compliance of potable and firewater systems. This role involves managing service providers, monitoring performance, risk management, quality assurance, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, technical guidance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of potable and firewater systems to ensure consistent service delivery and system reliability.
- Supervise regular maintenance and repairs to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage service providers' responses to incidents, root cause analysis, and corrective measures.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage risk related to potable and firewater systems.
- Uphold quality standards through reviews, inspections, and audits.
- Maintain comprehensive records and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and service providers for seamless integration.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in managing potable and firewater systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Experience in stakeholder collaboration and service provider management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in risk management and quality assurance is a plus
