Future Talent Program

Summary

We are seeking motivated and high-potential Saudi graduates to join JEDCO’s Future Talent Program. The program provides structured on-the-job rotations within the assigned division, enabling participants to gain practical exposure to its key responsibilities, priorities, workflows, and contribution to JEDCO’s strategic objectives.

Throughout the program, participants will collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, complete meaningful assignments and projects, and receive continuous coaching and structured feedback to support their professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured on-the-job rotations covering the division’s main functions, responsibilities, and activities.

• Develop a practical understanding of the division’s role, priorities, workflows, and contribution to JEDCO’s strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to gain exposure to cross-functional activities.

• Complete assigned tasks, learning activities, and projects aligned with the program’s objectives and individual development plan.

• Understand and meet the division’s expectations relating to performance, service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Participate actively in all required learning and development activities.

• Receive and act upon coaching, guidance, and structured performance feedback.

• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and commitment throughout the program.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, including but not limited to:

  • Engineering disciplines

  • Aviation Management

  • Operations Management

  • Business Administration

  • Finance

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Information Technology and Cybersecurity

  • Hospitality Management

Program Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all the following requirements:

1. Be a Saudi national.

2. Be no more than 25 years old upon joining the program.

3. Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized educational institution.

4. Have between zero and two years of professional experience.

5. Have a minimum GPA of 4.0 out of 5.0, 3.0 out of 4.0, or an approved equivalent.

6. Demonstrate English-language proficiency through a recognized assessment.

7. Successfully complete and pass all recruitment assessments and interviews and meet any additional selection requirements established for the program.
