Job Description
- Build and develop Account plans, including activities to ensure a good working relationship between the key airlines and KAIAs senior management
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to commercial aviation
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with local airline representatives
- Develop and maintain airline capacity forecasts for the business plan period
Aeronautical Business Development
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential airline customers in line with expectation in the Jedco Business Plan, classified and prioritized in accordance with Jedco priorities
- Develop and maintain activity plans to support the pipeline
- Manage negotiations with international airlines to secure favorable commercial agreements
- Participate in relevant industry conferences, such as Routes and IATA Slot Conferences
JEDCO internally
- Together with SrGM ABD, manage internal stakeholders in all relevant matters
- Ensure an ongoing coordination with the Jedco Operation Planning team, to promote a good understanding of current and future airport capacity
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager"
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced International Account Management Director to oversee and lead our global account management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow our international client base.
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key international clients.
2. Lead a team of account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the company's international market presence.
5. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience in international account management or sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to travel internationally as needed.
6. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
