Job Description
Summary:
| - Supervise the development and design safety and Physical security system strategies and plans based on the identified risks and requirements | |||
| - Supervise the selection process for the appropriate technologies and systems, such as access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems | |||
| - Supervise the installation, configuration, and integration processes of safety and Physical security systems | |||
| - Supervise the communication and delivery of safety and Physical security systems by working closely with vendors, contractors, and IT teams to ensure proper deployment and functioning of the systems | |||
| - Supervise the regular monitoring and maintenance of safety and Physical security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability | |||
| - Supervise the revision of the safety and Physical security systems to make sure they meet relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements | |||
| - Supervise the development and implement emergency response plans and procedures | |||
| - Supervise the collaboration process with various stakeholders, such as facility managers, IT teams, human resources, and law enforcement agencies, to ensure effective coordination of safety and Physical security efforts | |||
| - Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager |
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing security systems, preferably in a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Security Systems Professional (CSSP) would be a plus.
