Landside Ops & Ground Transportation Senior Manager

Summary:
The Landside Ops & Ground Transportation Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the seamless operations and management of all landside and ground transportation services to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives. The role involves managing relationships with service providers, optimizing traffic flow, enhancing customer experiences, and enforcing safety practices.

Job Responsibility:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the unit's plans to ensure smooth operations
- Manage relationships with service providers and partners for effective landside and ground transportation services
- Align onward/inbound journey services with organizational strategy and passenger experience standards
- Coordinate operations with ride-share companies, app-based transportation, taxi dispatch services, and rental car operators
- Optimize traffic management to prevent congestion and ensure efficient passenger and vehicle movement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners to improve overall landside services
- Supervise ground transportation services including taxis, buses, shuttles, and rental car agencies
- Coordinate segregation points and traffic flow related to Hajj and Umrah passengers
- Implement customer service initiatives and safety training programs for landside staff
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, policies, and processes by service providers and partners, including HSE regulations

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Transportation Management or Business Administration
- Proven experience in landside operations and ground transportation management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of traffic management principles and customer service best practices
- Ability to implement safety training programs and enforce safety measures effectively
- Experience in overseeing service providers and ensuring compliance with SLAs and policies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate various transportation services effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and their implementation in transportation operation

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
