Legal Contracts Manager

Summary:

We are looking for a Legal Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contract negotiations, drafting, and execution. The ideal candidate will ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies while minimizing risks and maximizing benefits.

Job Responsibility:

- Reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other parties- Drafting, editing, and finalizing various types of contracts

- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Advising internal teams on contract terms and risks

- Managing contract databases and records

- Resolving contract disputes and issues in a timely manner

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Legal Counsel, or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of contract law and legal terminology

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) certification is a plus
