Management Operator Performance Senior Analyst

1- Support in defining and updates the management operator KPIs in line with the contract and jedco strategic requirements
2- Conducts historical trend analysis and coordinates with concerned stakeholders to define targets
3- Review, tracks and measures the set KPIs and targets on a regular basis
4- Conducts comprehensive analysis of management operator actual performance against set contractual metrics and targets and identify any gaps and discrepancies
5- Contribute in developing management operator performance reports/dashboards and provides actionable insights to jedco's BoD, executive leadership and all other concerned internal and external stakeholders for decision-making 
6- Contribute in implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuous and reliable operations.
7- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager\"

Job Summary:
As a Management Operator Performance Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying performance trends, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency. You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.

Job Responsibility:
- Analyze operational data to identify key performance indicators and trends.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate performance insights to senior management.
- Work closely with operational teams to understand challenges and develop solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance enhancement strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies on operational performance.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
