Management Reporting Senior Officer

Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and distribute regular financial results reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Generate customized financial reports and dashboards for top management with key performance indicators and insights
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in developing financial forecasts and projections for long-term planning
- Conduct cost analysis and provide insights into cost drivers for effective expense management
- Analyze revenue streams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and growth
- Develop financial models to assess various financial scenarios and strategic initiatives
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from different sources to ensure accuracy
- Define and monitor key financial performance indicators to measure financial health and operational efficiency
- Create ad hoc reports and analysis based on management or stakeholder requests
- Maintain organized financial records for audit and compliance purposes
- Fulfill other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with key performance indicators and financial metrics
- Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements in financial reporting
