Job Description

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, CRM and Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty at Jeddah Airports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and manage the execution of the organizational unit’s plans in order to ensure seamless operations that facilitate the achievement of the objectives.
  • Manage the process of developing and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies and programs to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage the analysis of customer data, preferences, and feedback to personalize and tailor customer interactions and experiences.
  • Manage collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure consistent and seamless customer experiences across different touchpoints.
  • Manage the utilization of CRM systems and databases to collect, organize, and maintain customer profiles, preferences, and transactional data and ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the design and implementation of any customer loyalty programs and rewards initiatives within KAIA.
  • Manage the process of gathering and analyzing customer feedback to measure and improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Manage the process of designing and conducting surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights and sentiments.
  • .Manage monitoring of customer satisfaction scores, complaint resolution processes, and customer service standards.
  • Manage collaboration with relevant organization units to address customer concerns, enhance service quality, and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Manage the development and execution of customer communication strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/her Line Manager.

Skills

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required 
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience with 4 years in a managerial position.
