Job Summary:
The Operations Project Interface Officer will act as a key point of contact between project teams and different operational units within JEDCO. They will be responsible for ensuring alignment between project goals and operational needs, maintaining compliance records, managing change processes, conducting quality assurance checks, gathering feedback from operational teams, monitoring project execution, and coordinating with stakeholders for successful project implementation.
Job Responsibility:
- Act as a central communication hub between project teams and operational units within JEDCO.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of regulatory compliance for all projects.
- Facilitate change management processes during project implementation.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and milestones.
- Gather feedback from operational teams on project effectiveness.
- Monitor project execution and assess contractor performance.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct readiness assessments for operational teams, equipment, and procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive enhancement initiatives.
- Develop contingency plans for unexpected challenges.
- Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management, project management).
- Proven experience in project management and operational coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
- Certification in project management is a plus.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry is preferred.
