Property & Estate Director

- Contribute to the development and manage the execution of the organizational unit’s plans in order to ensure seamless operations that facilitate the achievement of the objectives
- Direct the identification and acquiring of land suitable for airport development and obtains necessary permits for construction
- Direct the non terminals leases with tenants. This includes directing negotiating lease agreements, enforcing lease terms and conditions, and collecting rent payments
- Direct the management and maintenance of all airport-owned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Direct the development and implementation of a strategic plan for the management and utilization of airport-owned real estate, aligning with the airport's commercial objectives and long-term vision
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, lessees, and property development partners
- Direct the identification and assessment of property development including new construction, renovation, and redevelopment initiatives, to enhance the value and utility of airport-owned assets
- Ensure that property development, leasing, and concession activities comply with all relevant regulations, zoning codes, environmental standards, and airport policies
- Direct the development of construction and infrastructure within the airport city area and integrates sustainability and environmental considerations into the airport city's development
- Direct the promotion of environmentally sustainable practices within property management and development, including green building standards, energy efficiency, and waste reduction
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager
