Risk Management Manager

Summary:
We are seeking a talented Risk Management Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing risks that could potentially impact the organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and assess risks across all areas of the organization.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with risk management protocols.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to risk management.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in risk management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Risk Management (e.g. CRM, PRM) is preferred.
