Job Description

- Develop and design safety and security system strategies and plans based on the identified risks and requirements
- Initiate and prepare the selection of appropriate technologies and systems, such as access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, fire alarm systems, and emergency notification systems
- Guide the installation, configuration, and integration of safety and security systems
- Contribute to the delivery of safety and security systems by work closely with vendors, contractors, and IT teams to ensure proper deployment and functioning of the systems
- Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of safety and security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Ensure that safety and security systems meet relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Develop emergency response plans and procedures
- Support in collaborating with various stakeholders, such as facility managers, IT teams, human resources, and law enforcement agencies, to ensure effective coordination of safety and security efforts
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager


Job Summary:
We are looking for a Safety Security Systems Senior Specialist to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security systems to ensure the safety and security of our organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and other safety measures.
- Conducting security risk assessments and developing strategies to address potential vulnerabilities.
- Training staff on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Monitoring security systems for any irregularities and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to enhance overall security measures.
- Keeping abreast of the latest security technologies and trends to recommend improvements.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and managing security systems, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and other security technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in security management or relevant field is a plus.
