Job Description

Summary:
The Soft Services Facilities Manager oversees the efficient delivery of various soft services to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of airport passengers, visitors, and staff. This includes managing cleaning, waste management, high-level cleaning, pest control, and landscaping services across multiple contracts.

Job Responsibility:
- Ensure the seamless delivery of soft services meeting safety, performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for operational smoothness and contract compliance.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction amidst competing demands.
- Communicate service deliverables effectively using detailed knowledge of contracts and service plans.
