Terminals Baggage Operations Senior Manager

Summary:
The Terminals Baggage Operations Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans to ensure seamless baggage operations in relevant terminals. This role involves managing resources, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance performance and maintain safety and security standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Contribute to the development and manage the execution of the organizational unit’s plans to ensure seamless operations
- Manage end-to-end Terminals baggage operations and optimization
- Allocate resources to meet baggage operational demands
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operations performance
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to baggage handling and security
- Collaborate with security and safety units to maintain high levels of safety in baggage operations
- Develop procedures for handling unexpected incidents and enforce protocols for seamless operations
- Maintain and upgrade existing technologies as needed
- Fulfil other job-related responsibilities as directed

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant 
- Strong knowledge of local and international baggage handling regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage resources effectively and optimize operations
- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols in baggage operations
- Ability to handle unexpected incidents and ensure seamless operations
