- Supervise the process of identifying data which will add value to investigations
- Supervise the process of validating threat activities
- Supervise the evaluation process and feedback that is necessary for improving intelligence production, intelligence reporting, collection requirements and operations
- Supervise the process of identifying the principal threats to Jedco’s known vulnerabilities
- Supervise the process of reviewing and analyzing cybersecurity threats to provide stakeholders with information needed to respond to threats
- Supervise the process of reviewing gathered information for validity and relevance to the investigation in line with organizational Policies
- Supervise the process of developing the VAPT plan
- Supervise the process of identifying systemic security issues based on the analysis of vulnerability and configuration data
- Supervise the process of ensuring that cybersecurity requirements of all information technology systems are determined
- Supervise the process of escalating operational aspects of SOC services that may risk security monitoring operation KPI, and SLAs
- Supervise the process of tracking tactical issues in execution of SOC responsibilities
- Supervise the process of monitoring performance and effectiveness of SOC services processes
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager
Job Summary:
The Cyber Defence Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Cyber Defence Center, ensuring the security of the organization's digital assets, and leading a team of cybersecurity professionals.
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect the organization's digital infrastructure.
2. Lead a team of cybersecurity analysts and specialists to monitor and respond to security incidents.
3. Manage threat intelligence and conduct regular security assessments.
4. Coordinate with IT teams to implement security measures and controls.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
6. Communicate with senior management on cybersecurity matters and provide regular reports on the status of the Cyber Defence Center.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response and threat intelligence.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
5. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to security incidents.
6. Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
