- Defines measurable targets for each product and service and establishes clear objectives for each team member to effective implementation of the commercial plan.
- Sets commercial sector KPIs and performance goals that align with Jedco's aspirations for commercial success.
- Seeks all available opportunities to enhance existing commercial performance (Retail, F&B, Duty Free, etc.).
- Looks for avenues to optimize revenue and processes from commercial outlets.
- Analyzes market trends, assesses passenger preferences and identifies potential commercial partners or tenants for ventures.
- Plans for attractive and functional commercial spaces, ensuring ease of navigation and providing quality service to passengers.
- Regularly reviews commercial performance and outstanding issues.
- Monitors and regulates performance and price levels for all third-party businesses ensuring that they are compliant with applicable contracts and regulations.
- Gathers consumer data to share it with other relevant stakeholders within jedco, and for analysis of the same.
- Implements passenger feedback mechanisms to continually enhance the commercial experience for them.

- Regularly review commercial performance and address outstanding issues.
- Monitor and regulate performance and pricing of third-party businesses to ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
- Gather consumer data and share insights with relevant stakeholders for analysis.
- Implement passenger feedback mechanisms to improve the commercial experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in commercial performance management, preferably in the aviation or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to set and achieve challenging targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with contract management and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in optimizing revenue streams and enhancing customer experiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
