Job Summary:
We are looking for a District Cooling Plant Systems Specialist to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of district cooling systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems to meet the cooling needs of the assigned district.
Job Responsibility:
- Monitor and manage the performance of district cooling plant systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, install, and commission new district cooling systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational staff and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working with district cooling plant systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and related equipment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to optimize system performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Certification in district cooling plant operations is a plus.
