Job Summary:
The Employee Experience Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of organizational unit plans to ensure seamless operations in alignment with jedco's objectives. This role involves managing the design and implementation of employee experience strategies, initiatives, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and manage the implementation of employee experience strategies aligned with jedco's overall strategy
- Provide data and reports to the Head of OD and Culture, highlighting areas of improvement for informed decision-making
- Monitor performance results, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions
- Design, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys to drive initiatives for improvement
- Develop data-driven programs focusing on employee wellbeing, occupational health, and safety
- Conduct cultural assessments to align current culture with corporate values
- Create and implement employee onboarding programs
- Assess company policies to enhance the overall employee experience
- Collaborate with digital and tech units to digitize the employee journey
- Manage jedco's employer brand development
- Fulfill any other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field; master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in organizational development, employee engagement, and culture management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with employee wellbeing programs, cultural assessments, and policy evaluation
- Experience in employer branding and digitization of the employee journey
