Summary:
The Facility Management DCPs Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation, maintenance, safety compliance, incident management, performance monitoring, risk management, quality assurance, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and technical guidance related to Distributed Control Points (DCPs) within the facility.
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure the effective and efficient operation of DCPs, maintaining high standards of service delivery and system reliability.
- Supervise regular maintenance and timely repairs of DCPs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations to promote a safe working environment and maintain regulatory adherence.
- Audit incidents involving DCPs, review root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor system performance through reports and data provided by the service provider, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify potential risks related to DCPs and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure DCPs meet quality standards and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of operations, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure seamless integration and compliance with standards.
- Offer technical guidance to service providers and internal stakeholders on system operations and maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, specifically in managing Distributed Control Points (DCPs).
- In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Certification in Facility Management or related field is a plus.
