Summary:
The Financial Senior Manager at Jedco is responsible for optimizing the organization's financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of financial excellence. This role is vital in fostering transparency, efficiency, and sound financial practices within Jedco.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and execute organizational unit's plans to support seamless operations and goal achievement.
- Oversee the development of financial policies and procedures, manage ledger accounts, and implement the SAP finance module.
- Lead the creation of Jedco's long-term strategic financial plan and review current finance policies for alignment with business needs.
- Maintain Jedco's repository of finance policies and processes documentation.
- Establish policies for interdepartmental relationship governance and SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies across Jedco's finance units.
- Implement financial best practices and strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health.
- Fulfill other job-related responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and policy development.
- Strong knowledge of SAP finance module and proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and promote financial transparency.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
