Summary:
As an FM Asset Management Specialist with a background in Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure smooth transitions during process or system changes, conducting thorough analyses of critical incidents, creating job plans to enhance asset reliability, and optimizing asset performance through maintenance strategies.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during process or system changes, effectively communicating with stakeholders and mitigating risks.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify the root causes of critical incidents and failures, propose corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Create detailed job plans and task lists to improve asset reliability, implement predictive maintenance strategies, and analyze asset performance.
- Establish maintenance strategies to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime, setting up preventive maintenance programs and continually enhancing practices.
- Provide technical review for spare parts submittals in coordination with Contract Delivery teams.
- Manage FM technical documentation to ensure accessibility and accuracy through efficient document control procedures.
- Prepare and submit FM Capital Business Cases in collaboration with Jedco P&TA and FM Business Units.
- Lead technical evaluations for FM projects, review and witness commissioning tests for assets and infrastructure projects, and oversee smooth handover to end users.
- Coordinate with FM Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for FM project management activities.
- Conduct Asset Condition Assessment (ACA) exercises in collaboration with contractors and end users.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability within the organization.

المهارات

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in FM asset management roles, preferably in electrical engineering.
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of incidents and failures.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and mitigate risks during transitions.
- Proficiency in developing job plans, task lists, and maintenance strategies to enhance asset reliability.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance strategies and asset performance analysis.
- Ability to establish preventive maintenance programs and continuously improve maintenance practices.
- Experience in technical review of spare parts submittals and FM project management.
- Knowledge of document control procedures for maintaining technical documentation accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to lead technical evaluations, ACA exercises, and FM project management activities.
- Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability within the organization

المؤهلات العلمية

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
