Job Summary:
The Ground Handling Assurance Specialist is tasked with overseeing and managing the performance of various airside service providers at the airport, ensuring a seamless airport experience. They are responsible for developing KPIs, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement plans to maintain smooth operations and achieve organizational goals
- Supervise and support various airside service providers, monitoring their performance and adherence to KPIs and SLAs
- Analyze performance data, create reports, and suggest enhancements in service provider performance
- Handle investigations, corrective actions, and preventive measures for service-related issues
- Conduct meetings and reviews with service providers to ensure compliance with agreements
- Coordinate business continuity and recovery plans for incidents and disruptions in ground operations
- Prepare and analyze reports, contribute to budget development, and ensure financial compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures for a safe work environment and environmental sustainability
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in ground handling operations, airport management, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, contracts, and regulations in the aviation industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental procedures in airport operations

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in ground handling operations, airport services, or airline industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop KPIs, analyze data, and generate reports
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with service providers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, SLAs, and industry best practices
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions
- Project management skills to drive enhancements in service provider performance
- Familiarity with financial policies and procedures for budget development and compliance
- Proactive approach to identify and mitigate operational risks and disruptions
- Certification in Aviation Safety, Quality Assurance, or related field is a plus
