- Initiate and prepare communication with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop a comprehensive project plan that includes tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies
- Review the project plan alignment with jedco goals and IT strategies
- Identify and secure the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to execute the project successfully
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitoring resource utilization, and making adjustments as needed
- Identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
- Initiate and prepare the monitoring process for the project life cycle
- Initiate and prepare the quality management processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and expectations
- Develop the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget
- Identify and manage changes to project scope, objectives, or requirements
- Conduct project closure activities that include finalizing deliverables, obtaining sign-offs, and archiving project documentation
- Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned, successes, and areas for improvement
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager
