Cybersecurity Intelligence Center Sr. Manager

- Contribute to the development and manage the execution of the organizational unit’s plans in order to ensure seamless operations that facilitate the achievement of the objectives
- Manage the evaluation process of threat decision making processes
- Manage the validation process of threat activities
- Manage the process of assessing cyber threat intelligence feeds and the reports of significant network events and intrusions
- Manage the validation process the appropriate communication channels with stakeholders
- Manage the process of identifying possible threats to network security
- Manage the process of analyzing and report cyber defense trends
- Manage the evaluation process of responsing to incident tasks to support deployable incident response teams, including forensic collection, intrusion correlation, tracking, threat analysis and system remediation
- Manage the process of ensuring an audit log of evidence of security measures is maintained
- Manage the process of reviewing cybersecurity threats to provide stakeholders with information needed to respond to threats
- Manage the process of developing recommendations to enable effective remediation of vulnerabilities
- Manage the process of evaluating available capabilities to combat likely threat activities to recommend efficient solutions
- Manage the process of evaluating cyber security reviews and identify security gaps in security architecture to inform risk mitigation strategies
- Manage the process of evaluating trends in the organization and system security posture
- Manage the process of assessing the cybersecurity of jedco's system implementation and testing practices
- Manage the process of assessing summary reports of network events and other cybersecurity relevant activities in line with organizational policies and requirements
- Carry out other job related responsibilities as directed by his/ her Line Manager

Job Summary:
As a Cybersecurity Intelligence Center Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cybersecurity intelligence center, including developing strategies, managing a team of analysts, and ensuring the organization's security posture is strong and resilient against cyber threats.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity intelligence strategies to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats.
- Manage a team of cybersecurity analysts, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle security incidents effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and analyze cybersecurity intelligence data to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with external stakeholders as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity intelligence, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of cybersecurity analysts.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
