Job Summary:
As a Cybersecurity Intelligence Center Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cybersecurity intelligence center, including developing strategies, managing a team of analysts, and ensuring the organization's security posture is strong and resilient against cyber threats.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity intelligence strategies to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats.
- Manage a team of cybersecurity analysts, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle security incidents effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and analyze cybersecurity intelligence data to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with external stakeholders as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity intelligence, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of cybersecurity analysts.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
